This website, Sophialitjens.com, is operated by Sophia Litjens. By accessing and using this website, as well as any of the services offered, such as nutritional consultations, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.  

If you do not accept these conditions, you may not use any of the services. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be automatically notified in this section.

SERVICES
I offer a range of services, mainly nutritional consultations, but also event organization and assistance, and the creation of content for social media. The  the description and what is expected of each service are clearly defined throughout the website and aim to clarify for the client what is expected from them.

BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Bookings are managed through the Calendly application. By booking through the website, the client accepts the current cancellation policy, which includes:
- If cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
- If cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, 30% of the consultation fee will be charged.
- Failure to attend without prior notice will result in a charge of 50% of the consultation fee. Payments are made using the methods indicated through the Calendly application.  

If refunds apply, they will be governed by the defined policy (if applicable) and processed within a maximum of 48 hours.

LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
I do not guarantee specific results, as success depends on the client’s commitment, adherence, and individual factors.
I will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the nutritional plan, except in cases of proven negligence.
The information provided does not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment; therefore, I do not prescribe pharmacological or medical treatments.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the website, including documents, plans, resources, materials, graphics, texts, and other materials, is protected by copyright.

Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Any personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (see the following section).
I will not disclose client data to third parties except in the following cases: legal compliance or necessary auxiliary services (for example, booking tools or clinical management software).
I will not request additional data that is not necessary for the services offered.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, by European Union regulations on data protection. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Barcelona.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS
I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the website and will take effect from the date of publication.
