My relationship with nutrition began long before my academic training. From a very young age, I was curious about how food can have such a significant impact on health, and I always knew I wanted to pursue a profession related to caring for people.

This passion continued to grow until I decided to train as a Dietitian-Nutritionist, starting at the age of 17 with a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Blanquerna-URL University.
